By opting in via our website form, you agree to receive text messages from Chris's Exterior Services. We offer two SMS programs:
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS communications.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Chris's Exterior Services is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier related to SMS communications.

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the property, accessibility, and scope of work required. A final price will be confirmed before work begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if conditions differ significantly from what was described.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Chris's Exterior Services is fully insured. We take care to protect your property during all services. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, conditions, or issues not directly caused by our work. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to address any issues at no additional charge, at our discretion.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.
